SCHLAU ELEKTROTECHNIK

The Builtech Group (formerly Contus) has acquired Steiger Elektromontagen GmbH & Co. KG as an add-on acquisition through its subsidiary, Schlau Elektrotechnik GmbH.

Steiger Elektromontagen is a specialized electrical installation service provider based in the Bielefeld region, with a strategic focus on the food retail sector. This acquisition allows the Schlau Group to solidify its leading market position in the East Westphalia region while expanding its customer base into the food retail industry.

The acquisition by the Builtech Group includes a significant rollover equity investment by the current shareholder, who will continue to serve as the company's Managing Director.
