The PLENTICON Group, formed through the merger of PK Office, HORN & COSIFAN, and Systemhaus Cramer, has acquired the microPLAN Group as part of a strategic add-on acquisition.

microPLAN is a leading IT service provider for small and medium-sized enterprises. Its holistic service approach focuses on the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the client’s entire IT infrastructure.

The acquisition enables the PLENTICON Group to diversify its service offerings and further strengthen its competitive position in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen acquired the group in partnership with the existing management team.
