PLENTICON

The PLENTICON Group (formerly MITOS), formed through the merger of PK Office and HORN & COSIFAN, has acquired Systemhaus Cramer as part of a strategic add-on acquisition.

Systemhaus Cramer is a holistic service provider specializing in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and DATEV, as well as hardware, software, and modern workplace solutions. Furthermore, the group offers a comprehensive consulting and support program.

This acquisition enables the PLENTICON Group to diversify its service portfolio and customer base while strengthening its competitive position in the North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse regions.

Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen acquired the group in partnership with the existing management team.
