Founded in 1997, MEDIA Central is a specialized service provider for dialogue, direct, and retail marketing. Today, the company employs approximately 200 people and operates in more than 20 countries.

As an independent partner, MEDIA Central distributes advertising messages across all currently available media channels. As the German market leader, the company manages the distribution of more than nine billion advertising flyers, image brochures, and shopping coupons to private households annually.

Bregal has acquired a majority stake in MEDIA Central from the founder and the management team.
