Kretz + Wahl is a leading provider of ventilation systems in the Rhine-Main region. Its service portfolio comprises the development of ventilation and air conditioning solutions, strategic planning, project execution, and ongoing maintenance.

Founded in 1979, the family-owned company is currently led by its second generation and employs approximately 70 people. To further expand its market position, shareholders Jochen and René Kretz decided to broaden the company's shareholder base.

HANNOVER Finanz, in partnership with the Lück family's investment company, has acquired a majority stake in the Fernwald-based firm (Hessen). Managing Directors Jochen and René Kretz will continue to hold a significant equity stake in the company.
