KÖBERL GROUP

The Köberl Group has acquired the KRIOTEC Group as part of a strategic add-on acquisition.

The Köberl Group, which includes Fink Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG and GEMA Gebäudemanagement GmbH & Co. KG, is expanding its service portfolio in refrigeration and air conditioning technology through the acquisition of KRIOTEC Kälte- und Klimatechnik GmbH and KRIOTEC Gewerbekälte GmbH. KRIOTEC is a leading provider of comprehensive refrigeration systems in the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main region.

Gimv acquired KRIOTEC in partnership with the existing management team. The Managing Shareholders of KRIOTEC will remain with the company and have taken a rollover equity stake in the Köberl Group. This transaction follows the successful acquisition of 089 Immobilienmanagement GmbH in the fall of 2020.
