KÖBERL GROUP

The Köberl Group has acquired the PIPE Group as part of a strategic add-on acquisition.

The PIPE Group, comprising RRS Rohrreinigungs Service GmbH and THG Abwassertechnik GmbH, is a leading service provider in the fields of pipe cleaning and sewer rehabilitation within the greater Munich area.

This acquisition strengthens the Köberl Group’s position as a full-service provider with an extensive service portfolio in the Munich metropolitan region.

The Managing Shareholders of the PIPE Group will remain with the company and have taken a rollover equity stake in the Köberl Group.
