HWP Handwerkspartner AG has acquired maba! Maler- und Ausbaustätten GmbH as part of a strategic add-on acquisition.

Based in Mannheim, maba! is an established full-service provider specializing in painting, finishing, and electrical installation. As a comprehensive solutions provider, maba! perfectly aligns with the HWP Group’s philosophy. Furthermore, due to its scale, the Mannheim-based company will serve as the core hub for the new Rhine-Neckar target region, providing a solid foundation for further regional growth.

Adiuva acquired maba! in partnership with the existing management shareholders. The Managing Shareholders of maba! will remain with the company and have taken a rollover equity stake in the HWP Group.
