HWP Handwerkspartner AG has acquired Jürgen Kleinke GmbH, Maler Nielandt GmbH, and Betonerhaltung West GmbH as part of a triple add-on acquisition.

The acquired companies are leaders in their respective regions, providing services in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing, as well as professional painting and concrete restoration. Furthermore, the acquisition of Betonerhaltung West GmbH enables HWP to significantly intensify its strategic partnership with DB Netz AG.

These acquisitions strengthen HWP’s positioning as a major full-service provider and increase its market presence throughout the Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein regions.
