The Group’s five operational subsidiaries provide comprehensive solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, enabling the integrated mapping of a wide range of core IT processes. The group maintains a specialized industry focus on the E-commerce and Healthcare sectors.

Ufenau acquired the company in 2020 in partnership with the existing management team. Since then, the Group has been significantly expanded through a strategic buy-and-build strategy, including the successful completion of four add-on acquisitions.
